We're in the process of moving the Swift mailing lists to Mailman at
MCS, and will advertise them as being @swift-lang.org.<br>

Should we at the same time rename (shorten) the aliases, to be for
example <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:devel@swift-lang.org">devel@swift-lang.org</a> and <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:user@swift-lang.org">user@swift-lang.org</a>, instead of e.g
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:swift-devel@swift-lang.org">swift-devel@swift-lang.org</a>?<br>

We can I think retain the aliases current aliases ( e.g.
