The issue was that there was an extra "/" between the path elements.<br>
I.e.: httpmonitor//index.html.<br>
<br>
I was running this from eclipse and 'resources' was a filesystem<br>
directory. The lookup went fine. However, when the same path points to<br>
something in a jar file (as happens in normal swift invocations), the<br>
lookup fails.<br>
