hey all, i started this page as a draft of the changes for the new swift version (with the intention of migrating to the web page once we make the new release available). it's a first pass and doesn't include cog changes at the moment. this is derived from the svn log...feel free to make changes, as i'm sure i missed things that should be there (or added superfluous items)...as i said, very rough :)  <br>
