[Swift-devel] Google Summer of Code Student

Hello,

This is Jon Roelofs.  My proposal: "Scheduling Algorithms for Swift" was
accepted for Google Summer of Code 200, so this summer I'll be working on
developing a better scheduler for the Swift toolkit.
