Whats the exact version? You can look it up here - for ex: for 19.0.5:

* gcc versions 4.3 - 8.x supported
You should also be able to use latest Intel OneAPI compiler.
And unless you have a specific reason to use an Intel compiler - gcc/g++ should be more suitable for general use.
And would also be good if you can update your code to use latest petsc version - 3.21.
