version number and usage help. These are processed using Fortran's
get_command_argument().
Since updating PETSc to version 3.21, I get some extra warnings after
the output:
acro018@EN438880:~$ waiwera -v

WARNING! There are options you set that were not used!
WARNING! could be spelling mistake, etc!
There is one unused database option. It is:
Option left: name:-v (no value) source: command line
That didn't used to happen.
