<div>It seems however that I am missing something, because it works very well with both 2D and 3D meshes from PETSc (with <span style="font-size:10pt">DMPlexCreateBoxMesh), it works quite well with 2D meshes from gmsh, but it fails with the 3D gmsh. Also,
the Initial Residual vector for this latter case contains big values, while it is almost zero for the other successful cases.</span></div>
