When I run my code with -citations, it produces<br>

for BoomerAMG. However, the result of \citep{hypre-web-page} is "[hyp]" in the text and a bibliography entry with only "()" for the author. This seems incorrect. If this is the intended output, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong in LaTeX? The other references
(two for PETSc and one for GMRES) are fine.<br>
