<div dir="ltr"><div>I'm having a similar issue with CUDA 6.0. Attached is my configure.log. PETSc built fine with an older version of CUDA toolkit (5.0). I suspect that theres a bug in cuda.py. But I can't be sure. Any suggestions?<br>

I.e. omit the 'thrust' at the end of the path. Probably you'll need the<br>
