Can you try configuring with<br>

--with-thrust-dir=/usr/local/cuda-6.0/include<br>
<br>
I.e. omit the 'thrust' at the end of the path. Probably you'll need the<br>
same fix with cusp:<br>

--with-cusp-dir=/usr/local/cuda-6.0/include<br>
