<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Hi!<br><br></div>Using Petsc 3.4.4, compiled to support complex numbers, I'm getting a completely white figure when plotting a matrix with purely imaginary elements, using MatView(mat, PETSC_VIEWER_DRAW_WORLD). So I cannot see the nonzero structure from the plot.<br>
<br></div>For real matrices (still using the complex-enabled Petsc), I'm getting red and blue points corresponding to positive and negative elements.<br><br></div>Is it possible to get Petsc to show the nonzero elements of a complex matrix, by checking the absolute values of each element?<br>
