font-family:Arial">I have upgraded to PETSc 3.3-p5 from 3.2-p7 and my matrix assembly is failing (MatAssemblyBegin and MatAssemblyEnd). I am using MatMPIAIJSetPreallocation prior
to calling MatSetValues. I have looked at the 3.3-p5 changelog and cannot find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please reply to
