You are right! I do calculate the Jacobian and Preconditioning matrice in FormJacobian function with Mat context. When I used "-snes_mf_operator" I received the error:<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Right, you only want to assemble the preconditioning matrix if you use MF.</div>
