</div>Finally I understand the relation between the nesting and the<br>
index sets. After replacing my incorrect ISs with the correct<br>
ones, everything's fine (no more [0]PETSC ERROR: Arguments are<br>
incompatible! [0]PETSC ERROR: Could not find index set!).<br>
