Hi,<br><br>I would like to know is it possible to build PETSc 3.1 on Windows as a DLL (as opposed to static library)? I tried --with-shared=1 but it doesn't do anything. I see there was a Visual Studio 2003 project for building a PETSc 2.3.3 DLL, is there a similar one for PETSc 3.1?<br>
