To clarify - if using petsc-3.6 with slepc 3.6 - you should use the
latest patched version for these packages. That would be petsc-3.6.4
with slepc-3.6.3.

There is no realson to use petsc-3.6.0 or 3.6.1 etcc as petsc-3.6.4
privides bug fixes and superseeds them. [similarly with slepc-3.6.0 ..]
