[petsc-users] PetscOptionsGetString Not Finding Option

     Hello Matt,
         There was a problem with the way I was doing the tests, not 
with PetscOptionsGetString.  PetscOptionsGetString now behaves as 
expected in all tests.  Sorry for the confusion.
