[petsc-users] “PETSC ERROR: Unable to find requested PCtype hypre”

Hi,

I am trying to run an executable built with petsc 3.5.3 and hypre 2.9.0b with flags “-pc_type hypre –ksp_type cg” but keep getting the error
“PETSC ERROR: Unable to find requested PCtype hypre”

Any ideas why this might be happening?
