[petsc-users] Multiple solves with PCMG fail

These are probably on levels, like
-mg_levels_ksp_chebyshev_estimate_eigenvalues_random, but perhaps you
set other prefixes or it's inside fieldsplit, etc.  Just use the correct
prefix for the solve that is failing.
