Off-topic: One dimensional incompressible Navier Stokes equation

Hi all,

Sorry for another off-topic question!

Can somebody please let me know what is the incompressible NS equation in 1D? And, has there been any attempt to solve this non-linear equation (in 1D, 2D or 3D) using Newton-Raphson linearization?
