Those symbols are not in PETSc. They look like Fortran symbols, and so
should be included in
PETSC_TS_LIB, if you configured with the same Fortran compiler that you used
to compile
those files.

If you want to talk about it more, more the discussion to
petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov and send the
configure.log.
