Compiled information for Petsc 2.3.2-p10

Perhaps PETSc is not internally calling '/usr/local/bin/make' ?? Was
'/usr/local/bin/test' in front of your $PATH when you configured
PETSc?

As Barry said, you can just ignore this, unless you have problems
building your own source. In that case, please send 'configure.log'
file.
