make ex11
</pre>
<ul>
<li>Run simple advection through a tiny hybrid mesh</li>
<li>
<p>We are new to the petsc and when we ran the ex11 input we
got a screen output like one below<br>

<p>Moreover, we got the similar output in the other examples and did
not see any running time .<br>
