As far as I can see this is completely unneeded and makes the test examples cumbersome so I'm going to strip that stuff out of the test examples and just use<br>

args: -petscpartitioner_type simple or random<br>
<br>
for the tests. Still get determinist results without cumbersome code in the examples.<br>
