It looks like these MPI compilers never worked. If you are running in parallel, just use the gcc</div><div>compilers that come with Cygwin and --download-mpich. Otherwise, use the regular Intel compilers</div><div>and --with-mpi=0.</div>
<div><br></div><div>In general, Intel compilers are horribly fragile. If you really want the Intel MPI, I suggest you fill out</div><div>a help ticket with them using the error message from below.</div><div><br></div><div>
