--download-ams --download-parmetis fails because of collision at $PETSC_ARCH/include/defs.h<div><br></div><div>If there was only one project that thought it was okay to have a header named defs.h, I would have someone in particular to rant at, but since multiple projects did it, my only recourse is to cry.</div>
