[petsc-dev] configure crash on window resize: this is bad

fixed in https://bitbucket.org/petsc/petsc/commits/92987420bde77bb088d0950c874c40dba0737c6b

it should be in the next patch release.

workarround is to use --useThreads=1 or --useSelect=0
