[petsc-dev] Fwd: [mpich-announce] Announcing the availability of mpich-3.1.3

The issue is - petsc configure is now generating mpich configure
command with options "--enable-shared --disable-shared" - this
appears to have indeterminate state.

I pushed my changes (and merged to next)
