Error running autoreconf on MOAB: Could not execute "cd /usr/home/balay/petsc.clone-2/externalpackages/moab && /usr/local/bin/autoreconf -fi":
Can't exec "aclocal": No such file or directory at /usr/local/share/autoconf-2.69/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 326.
autoreconf-2.69: failed to run aclocal: No such file or directory


Looks like the existance of 'autoreconf' doesn't mean its functional :(

[we need to add in a run test for  autoreconf ..]
