[petsc-dev] Bad fortran interface generations

   /usr/local/bin/bfort must be the old one that continued lines that exactly fit and thus confused the bg compiler.

   the --download brings down the latest sowing with the fix for continued lines.

Someone should remove the  /usr/local/bin. one.
