[petsc-dev] SNESDMComputeJacobian()

*- ptr - pointer to a structure that must have a DM as its first entry.*
*        This ptr must have been passed into SNESDMComputeFunction() as the
context.*

This is considered very bad form now since resolution-dependent information
in the function context tends to make it not work with grid sequencing or
FAS. Are we ready to remove it yet?
