[petsc-dev] still not communicating to google well

This was probably put up by Jin Chen (a PETSc interface developer).  She would probably fix this for you, just tell her what to do (exactly what to do!).  This is very old (2006), I doubt she even works with this anymore so she might just prefer to nuke it.
