[petsc-dev] Latest changes to petsc-dev gpu support

I'm trying to test out the latest changes to petsc gpu support from Paul at
TechX.  What is the proper way to configure petsc-dev to use his latest
changes?  Do I need to specify any of the configure options related to the
txpetscgpu package like I have used in the past?

Also, does the new support from Paul allow petsc-dev to manage use of
multiple gpus transparently or does the application still need to do this?
