I execute my program with the options:
-tol 1.0e-06 -ksp_type cg  -pc_type jacobi -sub_pc_type ilu 
-pc_factor_levels 3 -ksp_view

But the -sub_pc_type and -pc_factor_levels don't work.

WARNING! There are options you set that were not used!
WARNING! could be spelling mistake, etc!
Option left: name:-pc_factor_levels value: 3
Option left: name:-sub_pc_type value: ilu
