[petsc-dev] mercurial server petsc.cs.iit.edu working now

With a disk replacement and OS reinstall by Sean, the machine is
brought back to life.  The data is now restored from backup and
ssh/http access to the repositories is now functional.

So if something is still not working - let me know.
