Okie dokie, I don't know what the root cause is (yet), but it appears that the macros.make (generated by ./configure?) had set the F90 macro to blank, so I just went in and changed it to "ftn" and make install now works.</blockquote>
<div><br><br>Just for the heck of it, I tried setting an F90 environment variable before running ./configure, but the resulting macros.make still had a blank for the F90 macro... So, "maybe" this is getting to the root of the problem?<br>
