parallel-netcdf svn files in the parallel-netcdf 1.4.1 tarball

Some of your version control systems files are erroneously in the parallel-netcdf tarball:
~/parallel_netcdf> cd parallel-netcdf-1.4.1/
~/parallel_netcdf/parallel-netcdf-1.4.1> find . -name *.svn
./test/subfile/.svn

I think this is a minor bug.
