more fortran tests with pnetcdf

I got similar failures in a few real*4 cases when I was trying
the Intel Fortran compiler instead of g77 on a couple of Linux
Cluster systems, even with consistant ifc+icc.
However, gcc+g77 always worked fine for me on the same systems.

It might be a compiler issue or a bug in our configure script.

Rene,
WRT nfmpi_put_varm functions, did all of them fail or just for
real? Did nfmpi_get_varm functions pass successfully?

Thanks.
