<div>where us is the stationary solution about which the equations are linearized.  I want to use ARPACK to compute eigenvalues for which I need to be able to compute the above matrix-vector products. Is this already available in some part of nek. I have tried to read perturb.f but have not succeeded in clearly understanding the code.</div>
