[Nek5000-users] genmap error

[nek5000-users at lists.mcs.anl.gov]

A quick inspection of the source shows that the BC format in mshconvert is different to what genmap expects (if the element count is between 100'000 and 1'000'000). Please note that mshconvert is a 3rd party tool. We are happy to receive a pull request fixing the format issues.
