[Nek5000-users] Short test : dfh_cav

Hi, Samuel,

The case parameters are specified in .par file and the mesh information is
contained in .re2 file, so there is no need to use .rea file any more. You
can compile the dfh_cav case with above two files as well as .usr/SIZE files
immediately I think.
