Hi Saikat,

Any reason to not save a few time steps and apply finite differences?

Paul

Subject: [Nek5000-users] Time derivative of Scalar field

Hello Neks,

I want to find out the time derivative of Scalar field in my Rayleigh Benard calculations. Can you give me any idea how to go about it? Right now I get the scalar field only along with the primitive variables. But I want to get the time derivative field of the scalars (dc/dt).

Thanks,
Saikat
