Hello,

finally, did you solve this problem? I am having the same problem.

First I generate a 2D mesh using gmsh, and after that I am using
gmsh2nek to create the .rea file. This file seems to be ok. However,
when I run genmap, I find the following error:

genmap
Input (.rea) file name:
Cylinder
Input mesh tolerance (default 0.2):
NOTE: smaller is better, but generous is more forgiving for bad meshes.
0.2
  reading .rea file data ...
   ERROR: error reading 1 1 782
   aborting 510 in routine rdbdry.

            1 quit

What is the problem? Could you help me, please?

Thanks
SL
