[Nek5000-users] Failed in Helmholtz error

Hi! nek,
I met the 'failed in Helmholtz' error when I was running the example case vortex breakdown in the file 'examples/vortex'. However I still got the .fld results of which the whole velocity field was static. Obviously the results were uncorrect. Do anyone know how to deal with it? Any help is appreciated.
