Hi Praveen

We have implemented arpack to calculate spectra of the linearised direct 
and adjoint Navier-Stokes equations for relatively complex flow 
configurations. Some results you can find at

(Global stability and optimal perturbation for a jet in cross-flow). We 
are going to talk about ot the aspects on the nek user meeting in 
Greece? Are you going to participate?
