Hi Praveen,

If it is the issue I think you are referring to, then it has to do with how
OpenGL renders.  It takes a quadrilateral and splits it into two triangles.
 If the lower left and bottom right are cyan, and then lower right and
upper left are blue, then splitting into two triangles so that lower left
and bottom right are connected will make a cyan streak go through the quad
... splitting so that lower right and upper left are connect make a blue
streak go through the quad.
