Hello Neks

It is clear to me how to compute the volume and area integrals in Nek by
reading the previous posts. However I could not find the proper
implementation steps for line integral for doing 1d averages (i.e.
extracting a 2d profile from a 3d field). In particular I would like to
find the average along z-axis (yielding ua = <u>_z, where ua( lx1, ly1,
lelx*lely) if I am not mistaken).

I would appreciate if you could help me on that and guide me to the
right direction.

Regards,
Hesam
