Hi Mani,

I am curious what is a reason for not using a single Box instead of your current strategy of 27 Boxes with uniform element distribution:

1:-8 -8 -8
2:-12 -8 -8
3:-8 -8 -8
4:-8 -12 -8
5:-12 -12 -8
6:-8 -12 -8
7:-8 -8 -8
8:-12 -8 -8
9:-8 -8 -8
10:-8 -8 -12
11:-12 -8 -12
12:-8 -8 -12
13:-8 -12 -12
14:-12 -12 -12
15:-8 -12 -12
16:-8 -8 -12
17:-12 -8 -12
18:-8 -8 -12
19:-8 -8 -8
20:-12 -8 -8
21:-8 -8 -8
22:-8 -12 -8
23:-12 -12 -8
24:-8 -12 -8
25:-8 -8 -8
26:-12 -8 -8
27:-8 -8 -8

?

Thanks.
Aleks

Subject: [Nek5000-users] Corrupt mesh

Dear Nek devs,

I am using genbox to construct a mesh for a box of aspect ratio 1 x 1 x
1. But for some reason, the mesh seems to be corrupted, from what I see
in VisIt (screenshot attached). I have attached the .box file used to
construct this mesh. Could you help diagnose the reason for this error?

Thanks,
Mani
