[Nek5000-users] NEK gets stuck

Dear Nek devs,

I'm having trouble with a run involving a box with dimensions 5:5:1
(length:breadth:height), for which I would like to go to a Rayleigh number
of 10^8. I generated the grid (.rea and .map) using the attached .box file,
but the run gets stuck at the point shown in the attached log.

What could be the reason that NEK is stuck at that point? I suspect it has
something to do with the grid or the .map file.
