we just store the velocity, temperature and pressure and not the gradients.
Also, we construct the time derivates based on field of interest and do not store them.

Sorry to bug you but i have already lost enough time looking for the temperature and pressure gradients. 
Does anybody knows where are they stored? 
And the velocity time derivatives ?
